Reijor Enterprises, LLC

Software built for the way insurance actually gets placed.

We make MarketEdge, a management platform for agencies, brokers, and underwriters who serve the transportation industry — the workspace where an account is intaken, an application is completed, a submission is sent, and the results are tracked over time.

The Product

One workspace for the transportation insurance account.

A trucking submission can involve dozens of supplementals, a roster of drivers and equipment, five years of loss history, payroll and mileage breakdowns, MVRs, fuel tax filings, financials, and a stack of ACORDs. MarketEdge consolidates the data normally spread across spreadsheets, paper applications, scanned PDFs, and email folders into a single application — entered once, lived with the account, and reused every time the risk is sent to a new market.

What it does

Everything a transportation submission needs — in one place.

Book of Business

Every account in the agency, filtered by client, prospect, or suspect. Open a customer, see every submission tied to that risk, and jump into the underwriting record for any effective period.

Application Data Capture

The full set of information carriers expect on a trucking risk — applicant info, operations, exposures, commodities, hazmat, supplementals — structured, reusable, and ready to flow into ACORDs and carrier-specific applications.

Drivers & Vehicles

Roster the driving force and the equipment behind it. Power units, trailers, VINs, values, lienholders, age profiles — everything carriers ask for on the schedule.

Historical Data

A multi‑year picture of the risk: accident history, prior insurance, mileage / revenue / power units, payroll, monthly reporting exposures, and fuel tax.

Loss Run Import

Read carrier loss run PDFs and parse accidents, claims, and prior policies directly into the account — review, edit, and accept before they land in the file.

Coverage Requests

Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Cargo, Non‑Truckers, Trailer Interchange, General Liability, Umbrella & Excess, Workers' Comp, Brokerage — each line has its own screen for what the insured wants.

Market Manager

A directory of carriers, MGAs, and programs. Search by MGA, by insurance market, by operation type, or by captives — identify the right markets for the account in front of you.

Reports & Submissions

Carrier‑ready PDF reports and Excel analysis: ACORDs, claims summaries, accident reviews, deductible analysis, loss stratification, captive analysis, program comparisons.

FMCSA & CAB Data

Federal motor carrier safety data on the prospect or insured surfaced directly inside MarketEdge — no leaving the application to chase it down.

Integrated Email

Compose messages inside MarketEdge, attach generated reports and uploaded documents, and send through the agency's verified sender address. Sent history lives on its own page.

Information Request Templates

Prospect Request Information and Loss Authorization Letters — the letters and emails an agency sends repeatedly during intake — ready to send as email or printable PDF.

Multi‑Tenant Administration

A single MarketEdge installation can serve many agencies. Each agency's data is isolated, with an Agency Admin area for users, roles, and settings, plus Microsoft sign‑in for individual users.

A typical workflow

From prospect to bound — without leaving the application.

The data is entered once, lives with the account, and is reused at every renewal and every time the risk is sent to a new market. Reports, applications, and submission packets are generated from the same underlying data, so they stay in sync as the account changes.

  1. 1A prospect is added from the dashboard.
  2. 2A Prospect Request Information letter is sent.
  3. 3A Loss Authorization Letter pulls losses from prior carriers.
  4. 4Returned loss runs are imported and parsed.
  5. 5The application is built out — applicant, operations, drivers, vehicles, safety, history.
  6. 6The desired coverage is specified.
  7. 7Market Manager identifies appropriate carriers and MGAs.
  8. 8A submission is created with the desired effective date.
  9. 9ACORDs, supplementals, and analysis reports are generated.
  10. 10The submission packet is emailed to the selected markets.
  11. 11The submission is tracked through quote, bind, and renewal.
  12. 12At renewal, only what changed needs to be updated.
